Xuanchen Fan (Xena Felicia) is a female Chinese artist and college lecturer. Her works mainly related to world peace, feminism, humanity and retrospect to childhood. Through her career, Xena experiments continuously. In addition to paintings on canvas, she works in a wide range of mediums, including animation, VR, and sculpture.

She earned a MA in animation from Central Saint Martins, London, in 2019 and a bachelor degree from the University of Miami, US, in 2016. She had worked with English National Opera and Children Society in the role of director and animator.

In 2019, Xena received her first film festival invitation to attend Lisbon Animation Festival. After that, her films has been selected into many film festivals including Los Angeles Film Awards and European Cinematography Awards.  In 2021, she won Busan International Design Award. In 2023, Xuanchen embarked on an art journey with Swatch. She attended the Swatch Art Hotel Residency, and her artworks have been featured in this year's Swatch Art Journey exhibition. Additionally, the Swatch Group in Switzerland has become her collector of the Reborn of Venus painting. Part of her works are available for sale on Artsy. Her Upcoming solo exhibition will be at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami. Her sculpture Yin Yang will be exhibited at the True/False film festival.
